I don't completely buy the argument in the one story that blogging is not journalism, because for soem it really is, though I understand the "conversation" argument as well. AS for FTC oversight, did you also notice recently that the IRS wants people to claim "freebies" (as my former boss called books sent to reviewers) as taxable income?
